Christmas scent

I have been waiting all year to get these gift ready, I had the idea last year and knew it would turn out just perfect. Last year in our local paper was a section on favorites and traditions for this time of year. One lady said it was a recipe for a Christmas scent that she has been using for 15 years..I thought was a awesome idea. So I have put this basket together . I put in a small slow cooker filled with candy, a bundle of cinnamon sticks, the Christmas scent recipe, and a small bottle filled with enough Christmas scent to fill the cooker twice. I started it last year and  I simmer it all season. We have a artificial tree now so the smell of pine is missed so this was a great substitute. Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek...Monique :)

Thanks for your kind comment on my blog. Yes, we do have lots of green grass around LOL! However, last year we had almost 4 feet of snow - record breaking for BC! Glad not to have to shovel it all this year LOL! Don't know how you survive in AB with all those cold temps you've been having. We have family in Calgary and Edmonton and I like to tease them once in a while when we are having grerat weather out here.

Love how you did the recipe card. I see you have that new MS holly leaf punch. Looks fabulous framing that delicious smelling recipe!! May have to try it myself :D

Have a fabulous Christmas!!
