Well I did it...I went on You tube and learned how to thread my sewing machine. My husband bought me my machine in 1993 lol.. I went to a class when I first got it..and that is as far as it went ..I always admire all the stiching on everybody's projects and yes faux stiching is ok...but...the real thing is so nice. So look at me go tee hee...This is my first card with stiching. The challenge at Paper Sundaes was to make a Valintine card. Here is my take on the Challenge..Thanks for stopping by...Monique

Materials

Paper: Pink, red and cream CS, PTI DP
Stamps: Digital stamps from Karens Doodles &CTMH Feb word puzzle
Ink: copic markers

Well, I'm impressed!! I keep saying I'm going to do some real stitching o my cards. I have two sewing machines, know how to use them, and one is set up in the stamp room and they still don't get used. Well, one is going down to the stamp and scrap store to be a community sewing machine. Thanks for the inspiration to get at least one of them into use!!! Your card is awesome!!!

What a great card! So clever to turn the heart upside down! I love all the stitching. My machine is so ancient, I can't even find any info online for instructions, I'll never get it working!

Thanks for joining us at Paper Sundaes!!

Absolutely fantastic! Love how you turned the heart upside down and way to go with the stitching! I LOVE stitching on my cards - best thing I ever did was bring out the machine and leave it out. I use it all the time!
Thanks so much for joining us at Paper Sundaes - hope to see you again!

How gorgeous! Even with a threaded machine I only recently stitched a card - now I'm hooked and try not to use it on every card! Fantastic colouring and beautiful layout. Thank you for joining us this week at Paper Sundaes!
