Here it is!! I am finally done:)

This is my Sweetish Weave Blanket!!Wow I tell ya it has taken me a long time to finish this blanket..I think I started it 7years ago!!! Ya I know... Here are all my excuses..
1. I cant work on it in the summer cuz it is to warm
2. I love the way it looks but really got bored of weaving
3. I have this other passion called PAPER!!!! lol

Anyway I could go on and on but I am happy to say it is done... the pictures of course don't do it justice. . My Grandma made me one a few years back and it still sits on the back of my couch!! So what am I going to do now when I am not sitting in front of the computer ..well I have some Hummel cross stitch I would like to get done... I have so many things I should finish. Does this sound familiar to anybody or is it just me lol..Thanks for stopping by today!!!...Monique

I am adding my link at These Creative Juices...You should see all the crafty links :)

OH MY GOODNESS...this is gorgeous! My grandmother use to make these as well and I KNOW how much work goes into it...or should I call it love that goes into it!
The colours are so subtle and soft. Do you take orders! I am just like you..I love to sew, knit and I love to cross stitch! Sometimes this paper addiction gets in my way as well! Did you find the instructions for the chocolate bar wrappers tricky. If you you-tube it,it does come up. I tried to send you a link but it would not co-operate. So sorry about that.
Well I must say your cards and creations you post are a treat just like your beautiful blanket. You must go to Michaels and get those made with love labels to attach...such a perfect gift!

Yes I also have a lot of things I need to finish; I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one heehee. My things-to-do-list is about a mile or so......
Have a wonderful day!

Monique this is gorgeous! I have plenty of unfinished knitting projects and I'm sure if I looked through the boxes there are a few cross stitch in there too. Don't even get me started on the unfinished scrapbook! Ack! Cards have taken over my life! LOL!

It's beautiful, and I'm glad you are able to cross it off your list of things to finish.
